Canyon's south-western cuisine offers similar dishes to those found in its sister restaurants, like Huevos Rancheros, an American-style fry-up with chorizo, corn tortilla, black beans, fried eggs and rancheros sauce. The wine list features an excellent range of Californian vintages.
