The interiors of this charming place sport a variety of exotic marble artwork from Iran, overlaid with traditional designs. Subtle lighting and mirrors transform what would have been a drab, claustrophobic hole into a cool dining spot. Traditional Persian and Greek fare rules the roost here, and the staff caters for private parties of up to a hundred people. An ideal meal would begin with humus or Greek salad, followed by Bamich—charboiled lamb on saffron rice with veggies and paprika. A few Dolmades—vine leaves stuffed with mince and rice—will fill up any leftover space within the gastronomic tract, while a range of white and red wines await a suitable pairing. Enjoy!
