- Chef Claude Bosi moved his award-winning Hibiscus restaurant from Ludlow, Shropshire; to central London in October 2007. In January 2009, Hibiscus regained its second Michelin star, which it retained in January 2010 and January 2011. It was also ranked #43 best restaurant in the world by The San Pellegrino World"s 50 Best Restaurants 2011, and fourth in the UK at the National Restaurant Awards 2010.
