The large, lustrous flakes of the Herb-Crusted Cod are testament to a perfectly executed dish, especially with sides such as Crisp Pommes Allumettes and Sweet Carrot Purée. It makes an exquisite after-theatre treat, and desserts like Scandinavian Iced Berries with White Chocolate Sauce are indescribably good.
