  • A young chef, Marcus Eaves, showcases his modern Continental cuisine at this restaurant ideal for Bond Street shoppers. The decor is sort of retro, but not the cuisine. Eaves likes "foams" and purées, and his menus are tantalizing. One of the best examples of his style of cuisine is a delectable red mullet with flap mushrooms and Jerusalem artichokes. For a whole table, he'll prepare a tasting menu of seven courses, including such delights as roasted breast of Gressingham duck with a carrot and orange purée. For dessert, you might try the rhubarb and pistachio crumble with rhubarb sorbet.
