Langan's Coq d'Or

• The most recent acquisition of the five-strong Langan's restaurant group, this classic brasserie is similar in style to Langan's Brasserie in Mayfair, although it is perhaps a little lacklustre in comparison. However, the spacious dining area and covered terrace fronting the Coq d'Or create an elegant setting for competently prepared Anglo-French dishes of a traditional nature. Try a Stilton soufflé or the generously portioned roast dinners. The terrace, whose canopy is rolled back in summertime, is a popular spot for sampling the all-day breakfast selection, as well as for private parties of up to 30 guests. Renowned for friendly and attentive staff, it has become a regular haunt for exhibitors at Earl's Court Exhibition Centre, and is a useful address for local residents and business clientele alike.
