Description:
- The Red Fort was opened 18 years ago and has created a permanent niche for itself over the years. Moreover in 2003 Time Out magazine voted it as the Best Indian Restaurant! Classic Mughal cuisine is served up within interiors reminiscent of the Red Fort (a fort of the same name built by Emperor Akbar in New Delhi). For the main course, order the Zaafrani Lobster laced with Saffron and Garlic. But before that dice the Bharwan Khumb, an appetizer comprising mushrooms filled with spiced cheese and yoghurt! An array of sherries, wine and champagne can flow at your will, so select the one matching your food and mood. Parties and events are organized with prior reservations.
