Unexpectedly delightful Szechuan and Cantonese specialties are available at this popular eatery, a family favorite. Come here for the best dim sum in London. Forget the garish decor and concentrate on what's on your plate -- you'd probably have to go to Hong Kong to find Chinese cooking as authentic as this. The eight-page menu is overwhelming in its choices, and many of the classic dishes are known only to true students of Chinese cuisine. We were delighted by the Shanghai dumplings, steamed on one side and sautéed on the other. Various whole ducks and chickens are prepared with skill passed down through centuries. We noticed a table of London Chinese raving about the jellyfish with sesame oil, although we opted for the sautéed prawns with fresh mango.
