If you require nothing less than mountainous plates of Swiss cuisine – fondue, spaetzel, dumplings and loads of cheese – then this is the place for you. The selection of fondues ranges from cheese, to cheese with a hint of curry, to a selection of sauces in which to dip strips or cubes of beef. And not forgetting the chocolate fondue, of course. But there's an a la carte menu as well, which goes a long way towards proving that there is Swiss culinary life beyond fondue, especially in the exceptional range of desserts.
