Stockpot - London

  • Description:

    • Snug and easy going, The Stockpot is the best bet for cheap eats in Soho. The simplicity of the decor and the reliable home-style food obviously subscribes to the philosophy that a decent meal shouldn't cost the earth. Chicken Provençal, Vegetarian Stuffed Courgettes and the house wine are a must try. It isn't gourmet gastronomy, but the adage, "you get what you pay for" springs to mind in the best possible sense, and you receive it here in the boho surroundings of central Soho. A couple of tables manage to squeeze on to the pavement in summer, when the front opens right onto the streetlife for a ringside seat.
