The monkfish in saffron and yogurt is delectable, and the mixed kebab platter, with all the kebabs cooked in a charcoal-fired tandoor, is extraordinary -- these chefs are the kings of kebabs. Your best bet for a curry? Opt for the prawns in a five-spice mixture. Vegetarians will find refuge here, especially if they go for the dal Bukhari, a black-lentil specialty of northwest India.
