Description:
Nothing about this place will remind you of the grand tearooms above, where tea drinking is an intricate and elaborate social ritual. What you'll find here is a cozy, eccentric enclave lined with the artwork of some of the regular patrons, battered sofas that might have come out of a college dormitory, and a gathering of likeable urban hipsters to whom very little is sacred. You can enjoy dozens of varieties of tea, including herbals, served in steaming mugs. Lots of arty types gather here during the late afternoon, emulating some of the rituals of old-fashioned tea service with absolutely none of the hauteur.
