Fire Brigade Museum (The)

Fire Brigade Museum (The) - London

  • Description:

    • Set in a former fire station, the Fire Brigade Museum is dedicated to the history of the fire fighting in London. See equipment and historical vehicles dating back to the Great Fire of London in 1666 to the present. Explore how water works through a hose and find out why leather buckets are no longer used. Learn about the dedication of the brave men and women who protect us today. All visitors are required to reserve a place on a tour offered at 10:30am and 2:00, Monday-Friday.

Be sure to visit Pudding Lane and The Monument for further Great Fire of London information.
