- Montezuma's was founded in 2000 by two lawyers who, perhaps not ironically, are very proud of their ethics, working with what they consider to be best. They buy organic cocoa from small cooperative plantations in the Dominican Republic and Peru and pay over the market price for it. They will not trade with businesses who do not have similar standards. They use as little packaging as they can, recycle where possible, and use the best and most natural ingredients. There are all sorts of weird and wonderful chocolates, if you want something different and innovative, this is definitely the place to bring your sweet tooth. - Caroline Collard
