Description:

  • Located in the Holborn area of London, the Red Lion Square got its name from the Red Lion Inn and was laid out in 1698. It still continues to play a focal point in the lives of the people who use it as a meeting point, or to stroll through the gardens. A statue of Fenner Brockway stands majestically in the center while onlookers are equally impressed with the memorial to one of Britain's greatest legends, Bertrand Russell.
