Description:
- Tooting Bec Lido has a 90-meter by 30-meter outdoor pool, making it the largest freshwater pool in all of England. There is also a children's paddling pool, a café, restrooms, showers, and a changing area. The pool is surrounded by shady trees on Tooting Bec Common. While it's only open from May to September for the general public, it is open all year for the members of the South London Swimming Club. It was originally opened in 1906 and has remained open most of the time since then, only being closed for refurbishments. Call for additional information.
