Hey, unfortunately no, here is the tube map where you can see which stations are wheelchair accessible: http://www.tfl.gov.uk/assets/downloads/standard-tube-map.pdf
as you can see, there only a couple stations accessible in the central london but i think most of the buses (at least double deckers) are good for wheelchairs.
