It is coaches but book a return fare online it is even cheaper

1. get the train from Stansted Airport Rail Station to Liverpool Street tube station
2. Go on the underground. Get on the central (red)line westbound to Holborn.
3. Change from the central line at Holborn to the Picadilly (purple)line southbound which will take you straight to heathrow terminals.
