I have some relatives coming to London who would like to go to a high tea. The fancy hotels are too expensive. Are there other options?

The Wolseley (£9.75 for tea and scones or the £21 option includes sandwiches and pasteries),( Bea's of Bloomsbury (£10) and The Orangery at Kensignton Gardens (starts at £13.50)
