The Beard Papa's Sweets Cafe in the Hollywood & Highland Center isn't the first to open; these cream puffs are known worldwide. Generally the shops are so busy that the cream is injected into the pastry just before you buy it. For extra decoration and sweetness the pastry is lightly dusted with confectionary sugar. Delicious.
