- The Holiday Inn Express Century City is located in Los Angeles, just across the street from the Westfield Century City Mall and within walking distance of bus-lines. Guests love the complementary continental breakfast, which most found extensive compared to usual continental fare. Guests also appreciate the price-point of this budget hotel and the child-friendly design of the rooms. However, some guests complain about the chemical smell of the carpets in the hotel. Others find the walls too thin and say they can hear traffic on the busy nearby road at all hours. The lack of free parking also upsets some guests, many of whom also find the nightly parking fee unreasonably high.
