Although surcharges apply, the hotel does offer on-site private (or valet) parking, and visitors appreciated a tourist-specific help desk, pet friendly policy and on-site currency exchange. Additional highlights included the Sofitel's heated outdoor pool, sauna and fully equipped fitness center. Lackluster guests found the pool too small, room's uncomfortably cramped and Internet ridiculously overpriced.
