Bludso's is way down in Compton and does not offer much in the way of seating (a lot of people order take-out), but the BBQ makes it all worth-while! This is the real deal; this hole-in-the-wall has made a huge splash on the local BBQ scene. The brisket is supposed to be a speciality of Texas-style BBQ so that is a good place to start.
