Enjoy a full-service breakfast, occasionally in conjunction with hot and cold buffet offerings. An afternoon menu features flatbreads, panini sandwiches and Mediterranean salads. Throughout the afternoon, enjoy light meals, cocktails and appetizers. In the evening the menu broadens into California market/ Mediterranean cuisine with elements of Spanish, French Riviera, Greek and Southern Italian flavors. A wood-burning oven offers a number of specialty pizzas at dinner. Catalina Kitchen features an ala carte Brunch menu from 12pm to 3pm on Saturday and Sunday.
