- This restaurant is located within the Beverly Wilshire hotel. It features well-designed interiors, courtesy the famous architect Richard Meier. The menu is a piece of art by renowned chef Wolfgang Puck, who takes a lot of care in his preparations. Delicacies like Kobe Steak Sashimi, Warm Veal Tongue, Austrian Oxtail Bouillon, Maine Lobster "Louis" Cocktail and Traditional Veal "Holstein Schnitzel" display the inventiveness of the kitchen. A wide range of sauces help you add even more flavour to the food. Side dishes like Buttered Romano Beans and Sautéed Chanterelle Mushrooms, desserts like Crêpes "Short Stack" and Maycrest Peach "Melba" are a nice way to end your meal.
