No bigger than a living room, this place buzzes with energy. Behind the tiny bar, ultra-attractive bartenders pour simple cocktails--don't try to get fancier than a cosmo here. Despite its sudden hipness, the crowd remains the same--full of casually dressed neighborhood locals downing beers and discussing their future screenplays.
  
  The Draw
  The music ranges from Elvis Costello to the Pixies, the drinks are strong and crowd is effortlessly attractive. But the real draw is the lack of pretension that permeates similar cocktail lounges. No velvet rope, no power players, no celebrity hounds here--just a bunch of 20-somethings tossing back strong ones and exchanging phone numbers.
