- Located in the former Rebecca's location, this Polynesian lounge is close to trendy bars, the Promenade and the Pacific. There's now an open fire pit and a water screen on which films of tattooed Tahitian women are projected. Chef Nobu Hamazaki (Koi), crafted a menu of Pacific Rim-style small plates like Kobe beef carpaccio, lobster seviche and sugarcane-skewered tiger shrimp. Sunset views from the glass-enclosed patio are stunning, and the bar is open to late-night revelers.
