• Pizza Rustica received its inspiration from pizza a taglia: pizza by the slice sold in the authentic takeaway shops of Rome. Just one unique rectangular slice is so big it has to be served on two plates! The innovative toppings are piled high and made with the freshest produce, including exotic Portobello and shiitake mushrooms, eggplant, zucchini, juicy plum tomatoes and much more. Pizza Rustica uses only the finest meats such as imported Italian pepperoni, lean beef sausage and boneless breast of chicken. The pizzas are topped with the tastiest cheeses, low fat mozzarella, creamy bleu and goat cheeses, as well as zesty parmesan and asiago. The dough is made fresh everyday using a blend of imported flours and extra virgin olive oil to create a perfectly textured crust. The baked crust is brushed with an emulsion - creating an infusion of incredible flavor.
