• From the Boa/Republic guy, these side-by-side establishments offer totally different vibes, starting with Remedy, a steel-, chrome-, and glass-accented lounge flaunting specialty cocktails like the Corzo Silver/Grand Marnier/hibiscus "Polanco" and gourmet small-plates including steak tartar w/truffle fries and charred octopus ceviche. Meanwhile, Provecho presents a classic dining room (hand-blown Italian chandeliers, floor-to-ceiling windows) serving almost 100 specialty tequilas (the fruity Los Azuelos; the no-additive Alquimia) and tweaked upscale Mexican food like sopes w/shredded beef & jicama, and pork al pastor w/ pineapple confit and onion rings -- thereby blending the traditions of Mexico City with an insouciant touch of Chili's.
