Culinary stations include a Carvery table with a selection of roasted meats and accompaniments, an Asian Station - featuring Pepper Shrimp Stir-Fry and Roast Duck, a Pasta Station - with a selection of gourmet pastas and sauces, an authentic Mexican Station - featuring foods from south of the border and a Dessert Station - with an array of sweets and confections including made-to-order crepes with fruit filling and ice cream, traditional English Trifle and Warm White Chocolate Bread Pudding with Vanilla Sauce. Additional selections include Eggs Benedict, made-to-order omelet, a healthy salads and a fresh seafood bar. There is even a special buffet just for children.
