Pierre has created a unique menu, which features the freshest seasonal ingredients, in one of LA's most open kitchens. From one of the communal or private tables, one can follow the progress of their dishes literally from cooler and pantry to table. With a cocktail list that not only includes the classics, RH has created its own authentic cocktails that keep in tune with the philosophy of the restaurant – the freshest, seasonal ingredients available.
