- The Tower Bar is ensconced in celebrity history and style at the Sunset Tower Hotel. It still brings in the niche crowd but provides an ideal venue for an intimate dinner date. With a perpetual fire blazing and black and white photos of the Hollywood bigwigs, the piano bar offers the best of service. So have a glass of Pinot Noir with appetizers, such as golden beet carpaccio, beef carpaccio and wild king salmon tartar. The main course includes roasted seabass, grilled organic chicken paillard, gnocchi and risotto among other delicacies.
