Description:

  • This station is designed to look like a rather plain (and windowless) office building. Back in the 60s, visitors could enter the building to view an educational display and even observe the operations of the pumps. Now the grounds are secured from the public. In 2008, the Packard wells produced 491,000 barrels of oil and 763 million cubic feet of gas.  PXP operates 51 wells on site.
