Wilshire Ebell Theater - Los Angeles

    • This magnificent theater was built in 1927, and is divided into two levels, the balcony and the orchestra level. It can seat up to 1,270, and is designed in Italian Renaissance style. The theater features some of the best artists, and acts ranging from Iranian comedy to long-running gospel plays and magnificent orchestral performances. Carl Sandburg, Aldous Huxley, Jose Greco, Former President and Mrs. Ronald Regan, Betty Ford, Barbara Boxer, Robert Duvall, Shirley MacLaine and Stevie Wonder are few of the famous names that have graced the stage at this venue. The National Trust for Historic Preservation and the White House Millennium Council has officially designated the theater as a historic monument.
