Getting There -- Lunenburg is 100km (62 miles) southwest of Halifax on Route 3.
Visitor Information -- The Lunenburg Tourist Bureau (tel. 902/634-8100 or 902/634-3656) is located at the top of Blockhouse Hill Road. It's open from May to October, daily 9am to 8pm. It's not in an obvious location, but the brown "?" signs posted around town -- or helpful locals -- will point you there.
