• This swanky bar specializes in one kind of cocktail: the gin tonic. They ve got it down to an art and it only costs 5 euro – a steal in comparison to other bars, which serve mixed drinks for around 7 euro a pop. Choose from the countless brands of gin, and then decide on a garnish: rose petals, cucumber, apple, or fresh black pepper (the latter is used to make the Blue Ribbon, one of the most popular choices). There are two floors; the upstairs area is small, but its doors are open to the street, allowing a nice breeze to flow through. The indie music, low lights, and hip, gin-tonic-drinking crowds create a fun attitude of trendiness here. - Michelle Campagna
