- This prestigious Basque restaurant specialises in chistorra sausage, fresh hake and grilled meats. The dining room holds up to 250 diners and is decorated like a traditional country house in the north of Spain with a warming log fireplace, wooden beams and paintings of Basque landscapes on the walls. One wall is given over to a huge mural depicting the city of San Sebastián.
