Description:

  • The Cerralbo Museum (Museo Cerralbo) is located in the 19th century palace and the former home of the Spanish Marquis Cerralbo, who willed it to the State upon his death. The museum features collections of Spanish and Italian paintings and drawings as well as ancient objects and sculptures, and Eastern and Western weapons and armor. The Museo Cerralbo was closed for renovation from 2006 to 2010, but it is now open again to the public.
