I need a hostel or a cheap hotel for one night that

The hotels near the airport are not all that cheap. Since this city has a VERY good metro/subway and only costs 1.50€ from the airport to almost anywhere in the city, i would recommend more city centre and then you will have a much larger choice.... Even if your flight is very early there are busses from the centre all night to the airport.

Hostal Sonsoles on calle Fuencarral, 18 is clean and relatively cheap. It's in a trendy part of town and has a lot of nightlife nearby... getting to the airport is very easy from there.
