If you prefer fish to meat, take advantage of the chef's bacalao (fresh cod fillets) or lubina a la sal (sea bass smothered in rock salt and oven baked). If you still have room try some of the homemade desserts: flan con nata y ciruelas (caramel custard with cream and plums), arroz con leche (rice pudding) or natillas (homemade Spanish style custard). In keeping with its name (The Painter's Tavern), the décor consists of seascapes and still lifes.
