- Entremares is a real expert in the art of preparing rice: from "banda" style (baked), paella, black (with squid or octopus ink), Cuban (with tomato sauce and fried egg), etc. They also have all types of very fresh seafood from the bay of Malaga, bought in the local market: everything from lobsters and "necoras" (huge crabs) to razor clams, prawns and king prawns, "cigalas" and "carabineros" and much more. They prepare this fabulous food in a variety of ways: steamed, salt-baked, grilled, or with different sauces such as vinagrette, ali-oli (garlic mayonnaise), mayonnaise, tartare, thousand island, American or white. On the drinks' menu, there is a good selection of fruity, white wines.
