Trillo (El)

Description:

• At this restaurant, located right in the old city, they serve exquisite cod and hake tapas. Moreover, they have a wonderful selection of Spanish products such as ham, chorizo (highly-seasoned pork sausage), pork loin, morcilla (blood sausage) and salchichón (spiced sausage similar to salami). Also, they have a great variety of different kinds of cheese: sharp cheese, sheep's milk cheese, cream cheese, Gruyère, etc. The place is decorated basically in wood, and you can see full hams hanging from the ceiling. Their wines are really good, and they also have a small hall for lunches and dinners. El Trillo is frequented by executives and bank clerks mostly.
