Can somebody tell me which are the best beaches at Palma

The port borders the city of Palma. La Playa de Palma is a long strand of beach which is close to the airport. In the southwest there are some nice beaches such as in Palma Nova and also great swimming from rocky areas. One of my favorite places is Sant Elm (or San Telmo) in the Andratx area...about 30 minutes from Palma. A small beach resort with very clean water.
