Description:

  • Radio changed the face of human communication forever, thanks in no small part to Guglielmo Marconi.  He spent much of his childhood just outside Manchester, and this museum in Bedford was erected in his honor.  Visitors will see electronic equipment both from today and from when Marconi was just beginning his work.  Here can also be found the John Frey Technical Library, with lots of information on radio communication.
