  • This well-designed restaurant serves most of the culinary needs of the largest hotel (and only casino) in town. Outfitted in nautical style, it offers impressive lunch buffets. At night the room is candlelit and more elegant, and the view through bay windows is soothing. Menu items include Breton artichokes with a "surprise" stuffing composed of minced cured ham, cheese, and herbs; a "frivolity" of two kinds of exotic mushrooms plus a confit of quail all served atop a warm brioche; filet of John Dory with artichoke hearts, lavender, and scampi; and a succulent roasted veal with baby Provençal vegetables and herbs.
