  • Manila is known world-wide for its nightlife that keeps visitors coming back for more. The clubs and bars are pretty lively and very stylish. Martini's at Mandari Oriental is the perfect place to unwind. As the name suggests a wide range of martinis are available like a sake martini, dirty martini, ginger martini or a cosmopolitan. Manila's best party bands play nightly at Conway's. The place offers mouth-watering appetizers with an extensive list of red and white wines, local and imported beer, and every possible type of spirit. Cigar lovers will adore Kiipling's Cigar Bar situated in Mandarin Oriental. The trendy and chic lounge is a cigar connoisseur's paradise. For more highbrow entertainment, The Cultural Centre in Manila hosts performances by international orchestras and artists as well as by the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra and the Philippine Madrigal Singers. Free outdoor musical performances are held weekly in Paco Park on Fridays, at Intramuros on Saturdays, and at Rizal Park on Sunday afternoons. Folk dancing demonstrations are held Sunday afternoons in the Mindanao section of Nayong Pilipino in Pasay City. Several restaurants in the Metro area feature Philippine folk dancing as their dinner entertainment. The Rajah Sulayman Theater, located in Intramuros, provides open-air theater performances. Other theaters are the Folk Arts Theater and the William Shaw Theater in Mandaluyong. Gamblers will enjoy the Hyatt Hotel Casino in Ermita. This comfortably elegant casino is the country's largest gaming facility, featuring 123 tables and 626 slot machines.
