- The ultimate place to go to if you want cheap Filipino comfort food. Silya occupies two side of the busy street Nakpil.Beer is cheap and one of the best place to go people watching. Karaoke is available on one side so you may sing to your heart content should you wish.It is also located near bars and clubs of Malate so you can either indulge before or after a few drinks.
