• The restaurant Al Dente is located on Rue Edmond Rostand, which is not always easy for parking (but several paid parking garages are nearby). The menu is purely Italian cuisine with various dishes, from foie gras or ink of cuttlefish specialties, to classic dishes like gnocchi with speck and gorgonzola, lasagna al forno with Bolognese sauce, or the tagliatelle with rabbit confit and basil. A trendy, chic restaurant where people come especially for the quality of the pasta (always cooked al dente), as well as the affordable prices. Al Dente is a good place for either a romantic dinner or time with friends; it is sometimes full and noisy, especially at lunchtime.
