Warbird Flight

Description:

• Participate in an air show unlike any other as you take flight aboard a 1948 L-17 Warbird. The pilot-owner has over 30 years of logged airtime and takes you on a journey high above the island. Passengers may select from either a 40-minute ride circling the island ($40 per person) or an hour-long, round-trip flight to Nantucket, Woods Hole or Cuttyhunk ($200 flat rate). Both trips depart from the Martha's Vineyard Airport. To make reservations, call the toll-free pager and leave a number where you can be reached. Open May through December.
