- Surprisingly good Chinese food in Lahaina - actually Chinese, not a fusion of Chinese/Hawaiian-- and a more extensive menu, featuring duck noodle soup. The broth is wonderfully ducky with huge pieces of duck, lots of noodles, and baby bok choy. Yummy! They have over a dozen chicken dishes, over a dozen meat dishes, over two dozen seafood dishes, and many vegetable dishes.

We walked up the hill from the Kaanapali resort to eat at this small restaurant in the Fairway Shops. We ordered steamed snapper filet with soy and ginger.... it was a little over-cooked...
